How a soap and detergent plant works
1. Raw materials
Oils, fats, alkali, surfactants and additives are stored and measured.

4. Filling and packing
Product goes into wrappers, bottles, pouches or boxes.
2. Making the base
Soap base is made and dried, liquids are blended, powders are mixed.
5. Quality check and storage
Samples are tested and finished goods are stored for dispatch.
3. Finishing
Bars are refined, cut and stamped. Liquids are checked for consistency. Powders are sieved.

Frequently asked questions
Can I make bar soap, liquid and powder on one site?
Yes. The three share utilities and storage, and we can phase them one at a time.
What output should I start with?
300 kg per hour is a common starting point for a new brand. We size it to your market and cash flow.
Do you provide formulations?
Yes, starter formulations can be provided.
Is spray drying necessary for powder?
Not always. Dry-mixing is a lower-cost route in many markets. We help you compare.
What packaging can the line handle?
Bars in wrappers or cartons, bottles, pouches, sachets and boxes. We can supply all.
Do you supply spare parts?
Yes. A recommended spares list comes with every plant.
