How a packaging line works

1. Product and pack review

We check the thickness of the product, the container type and the target speed.

4. Closing

Containers are capped, sealed or crimped.

2. Line layout

We plan the machine order, conveyors and operator positions.

5. Labelling and coding

Labels, batch numbers and dates are applied.

3. Filling

The product is dosed accurately into the container.

6. Case packing

Finished packs are counted and boxed for dispatch.

Your project with us

1. Consult

We ask about your product, volume, budget, site and market.

4. Install and commission

Our team sets up the plant and runs it until it meets the agreed specification.

2. Design and quote

We prepare a process design, layout, equipment list and a clear quotation.

5. Train and support

Your operators are trained. Spares and service stay available afterwards.

3. Supply

Equipment is built or sourced, inspected and shipped. We handle export documents.

What we will ask you for

  • Target output per hour

  • Any equipment you want to keep

  • Floor space and power supply

Frequently asked questions

How accurate is the filling?

Accuracy figure, such as plus or minus 2 percent, depending on the product and the machine.
